Learning Curve

In everything in life there’s a learning curve. It takes time to figure out all the nuances that allow us to become adept at a new skill or a new process. Certainly learning how to manage your own pulse electromagnetic field therapy machine has that curve. PEMF is really a very scientific concept involving magnetic forces and so understanding how the machine works and what it’s actually doing in the body takes a bit of study. I am right in the midst of that study and have been for about 2 years.

I want to take this opportunity to invite those who are also new to PEMF, to take the journey along with me. The reason for my blog is because I find that so many people have never even heard of it, and I can’t help but wonder why. But I have life experience that showed it to me many years ago when my daughter Jamie was just a toddler. Jamie was born with a congenital birth defect this caused us to spend many hours 100’s of hours at Children’s Orthopedic Hospital and Medical Center which is now just called Children’s. So I have seen this technology being used as far back as 33 years ago.

Then I was reintroduced to the technology years later when I am actually in some need of healing. Because at 59 I have done some damage to this old body.

My tendency is to want to go to a naturopath, but unfortunately I find that it is financially prohibitive at this point in my life considering it is rarely covered by insurance. So I look for as many ways as I can to do natural healing as much as I possibly can.

First and foremost, I always look for non-invasive treatments.

Secondly, I like to know that there is real information out there on the subject.

Third, I want to know how much time and energy it takes to do the process properly and get good results.

To me this is about taking your life into your own hands because our tendency is one that says go to a professional that has a degree and is a doctor. And I have had many doctors that I have encountered in my lifetime with Jamie, that I think are some of the very best human beings on the face of this planet. Especially when you find doctors that like to work with children.

I think we need to look very deeply  into the medical system  that so many  Americans put their complete and total faith in to. We are all aware of the impacts of big Pharma on a surface-level. But do we know how it impacts the doctors that we go to, does their education have a bias?

I feel that we need to learn how to take our medical cases into our own hands. So that we are informed and understand how to make decisions about ourselves. So that all treatment options are available not just the ones that make the most amount of money for the smallest amount of people. So we really just can’t be lazy about it and let’s face it we all work hard, we don’t have a lot of time, we have people to see, places to go and things to do, oh and don’t forget those bills to pay. I understand how it is that everybody is busy at which point you have to look at how much is it worth compared to how busy you are.

One of my goals with this is to be the easy resource where you can just go to one place and learn all about pulsed electromagnetic therapy. And so you don’t have to go through the time it takes to get through the learning curve. But I also want you to get to know me because I feel like I have something to offer. And I would like to share those things with you because I want to be apart of loving humanity, and healing its wounds, because life is a learning curve.

About Julie Nichols

I'm a retired elementary teacher who has diabetes and had an accident in which I fell in a wheelbarrow...yes that's right a wheelbarrow! Between the two I sustained considerable nerve damage. Then one day Larry Langdon came to my home with a PEMF device he developed and had for his Lyme disease, after one session I was pain free for five days. This lead me to research PEMF ( Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy and I found that it has been around for at least 40 years. I have found that NASA has done thousands of studies and uses PEMF, as does the military. It is also well known and used throughout Europe. This is the beginning of my journey into PEMF the rest of my journey you will learn about through this blog. In the end it's about making this technology available to everyone for general health improvement.
